Shipping and Returns

Items may be returned within 180 days of delivery for a full refund of the sales price only.  Items must be shipped back to us in Brand New Condition before refund is given.  Customer/Buyer Must Pay All Shipping And Handling.  Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Returns are only accepted if the customer receives the product and is not satisfied with the product.  Customer takes all responsibility for accuracy of information given at the time of purchase.  If the customer gives an inaccurate shipping address, Stillion Publications is not responsible and therefore will NOT refund the purchase.  All disputes regarding delivery of a shipment must be taken up with the carrier used at the time of purchase.
